This medicine contains acetaminophen . This is also what we commonly use as paracetamol . Therefore, do not take any other type of paracetamol (e.g. Panadol, Calpol) while taking this medicine. If you do, you may overdose on paracetamol and cause serious damage to your liver .

You may feel drowsy or dizzy after taking this medicine. Therefore, do not drive or operate machinery while taking this medicine. Be careful about this until you know exactly how the medicine affects you. Especially if you are an elderly person, do not get up or sit down suddenly.
